GRDE 2201 - Introduction to Communication Design

Prerequisite: GRDE 1110. This course will provide students with a foundation in understanding basic design principles. Using a broad range of methods, both analog and digital, students will achieve a visual awareness of how the relationship of elements on a page impact visual interpretation by the audience Through an analysis of their work, students will develop a process that moves their work from subjective impulse to clearly defined, objective communication. Laboratory fee. 3 credits.
