DIET 4430 - Nutrition Communications

Prerequisite: DIET 3350. This course introduces students to the process of developing and delivering nutritional information from educational handouts, to presentations, and interviews. They will deliver an effective message in both written and verbal communication and to individuals as well as groups. Students will develop materials for a mock health fair for public presentation. 3 credits.
