DIET 4550 - Seminar V: Capstone Prerequisite: DIET 3320 . In this capstone course, students will develop and present proposals for nutritional programs/activities/or the like to improve the campus from a health and wellness standpoint. Students will develop the basic fundamentals in nutritional research through the use of surveys and questionnaires delivered to the campus community. Students will learn to critically evaluate, compare, interpret, summarize, and explain nutritional research and utilize this data to then develop proposals for the purposes of bettering nutrition and well-being on campus. 2 credits.
