HLTH 3501 - Performance for the Esports Competitor

Prerequisite: HLTH 1500 .  This course provides a thorough introduction to integrated training principles and theories of sport performance as it pertains to esports competitors. It will focus on the practical application of program design for esports-specific clients. 3 credits.
