FINC 3000 - Financial Decision Making Prerequisite: FINC 2213 . This course will apply quantitative and qualitative analyses to real world transactions. The goal of the course is to improve corporate financial decision making in order to provide value creation for investors. Topics include various firm valuation methodologies, cost of capital, the role of the capital markets, analysis of financing alternatives for specific business opportunities, and the impact of foreign exchange rates on business decisions. Students will apply various risk-adjusted financial metrics in order to evaluate business opportunities. 3 credits.
