INVS 3502 - Banking Secrecy Act and Compliance

Prerequisite: INVS 3500 .   The course covers current issues in the Banking Secrecy Act (BSA), changes and implementation in the act, analysis of compliance, and use of BSA reporting requirements in combating money laundering, human trafficking and smuggling, drug trafficking, and other types of fraud activities.   3 credits.
