INVS 4320 - Current Topics in Investigations

The course covers current theories and practices in expert witness testifying, interview techniques, body language and verbal response analysis, case file documentation, and report writing. Students will critically assess, analyze, synthesize, and report on the qualitative and quantitative data collected during the investigation that is easily understood by a jury. This is a capstone course. Students should be in the final semester of the program before enrolling. 3 credits.
