FINC 6620 - Fixed Income Analysis

Prerequisite or co-requisite: FINC 6613. The course explains the role of fixed income securities as a financing tool for business and portfolio construction. Students assess how fluctuations in interest rates affect pricing of fixed income securities. Derivatives and other hedging techniques to mitigate interest rate risk are explored for enhancing portfolio performance. 3 credits.
