FORS 6629 - Traffic Crash Reconstruction

The fundamentals of traffic crash investigation and reconstruction will be addressed in this course as well as the techniques associated with identifying, interpreting, analyzing, and properly recording evidence during the on-scene investigation of a serious injury or fatal traffic crash. In this course, the student will be exposed to various forms of forensic technology to include, but not limited to, accelerometers, event data recorder extraction tools, laser scanners, and unmanned aircraft systems. 3 credits.
