ENTP 4550 - Entrepreneurship and Innovation Capstone Prerequisites: MGMT 2217 . This culminating course provides an integrative, applied experience in which students synthesize learning from the Entrepreneurship and Innovation concentration and the broader business curriculum to address an authentic innovation challenge. Working individually and in teams, often in collaboration with an external client, community partner, or organizational sponsor, students apply entrepreneurial and design thinking, market and stakeholder discovery, and business modeling to frame opportunities, test assumptions, and evaluate strategic alternatives. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based decision-making, responsible and ethical innovation, and the effective use of emerging technologies, including data analytics and artificial intelligence, to support analysis and solution development. Students produce professional, stakeholder‑ready deliverables (e.g., recommendations, prototypes, venture or initiative models, and implementation roadmaps) that consider feasibility, value creation, risk, and sustainability. 3 credits.
