MARA 3204 - Global Change

Prerequisites: grades of C or better in MARA 1101 , MARN 2200 or successful completion of ENVS 1101 , ENVS 1102 or permission of instructor. This course explores the Earth's climate history through the evolution of the four major systems of the Earth and how they change in response to each other. The course also examines the ways by which human activities have and may affect these systems and pays particular attention to the world's oceans and their resources. 3 credits
