Students may complete a minor in theatre arts by taking 18 credits in the theater program.

Required Courses (6 credits)

THEA 1131 - Introduction to the Theater
or
THEA 1132 - Introduction to Contemporary Performance
THEA 2241 - Theatrical Roots and Rituals
or
THEA 2242 - Theatrical Manifestos and Movements

Plus theater arts electives (12 credits):

Students may select 12 credits from current THEA offerings. For specific information concerning a minor in theater arts, please consult with the program coordinator.

Notes

A maximum of 3 credits can be drawn from THEA 4492 - Performance Practicum and a maximum of 3 credits can be drawn from THEA 4491 - Technical Practicum.
