The Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies degree is specifically designed to equip adult students with applicable skills and competencies while preparing them to understand, serve and lead organizations.
This bachelor degree-completion program provides students with both theoretical and practical education tailored to enhance their professional capabilities as well as prepare them for new career opportunities. The degree provides a pathway towards a Baccalaureate degree for students who have already earned their Associates degree. However, those students who have not yet completed their Associates degree but have interrupted their education and wish to continue towards their Baccalaureate degree may be considered.
The curriculum includes 40 credits of the required university core curriculum, thus providing a solid foundation in the liberal arts. The Professional Studies Core (30 credits) and Professional Focus (30 credits) provide the foundation and fundamental skills necessary to be successful in a professional organization.
