Students earning a B.S. degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management in the Foodservice Management concentration are required to complete 121 credits, including the University core curriculum (40 credits), Hospitality and Tourism Management major requirements (63 credits), Foodservice Management concentration (9 credits), Writing Across the Curriculum elective (3 credits), fieldwork (2 credits), service requirement (1 credit), and internship (3 credits).

University Core Curriculum
Hospitality and Tourism Management majors with the Foodservice Management concentration may complete the 40-credit University Core Curriculum with the following restrictions:
- CC 3.1: MATH 1108
- CC 3.2: FINC 1123
- CC 5.2: ECON 1134
- CC 7.1: Any Tier 1 course in competency 7 except EASC 2215
- CC 7.2: ECON 1133
- CC 8.1: Any foreign language
- CC 8.2: Any HTMG course that complies with University core requirements
- CC 9.1: Any MUSC, ARTS, or THEA course that complies with University core requirements
There is no restriction limiting the way that you satisfy your University core curriculum Writing Across the Curriculum requirement.

Elective
- One three credit elective that satisfies the University's Writing Across the Curriculum requirement.
