Business Analytics Minor

The minor in Business Analytics conveys advanced technical skills to students; a skill set which aims to analyze and visualize patterns in newly abundant data to address questions relevant to the firm. The minor provides the student with a strong foundation in the business analytics tools commonly used across various disciplines; these include supervised- and unsupervised-machine learning techniques, database management, and visualization. All course materials are taught using the R programing language.
A total of 15 credits is required for the minor in business analytics. Students must complete the following courses:
