Whether working in financial services or manufacturing or service-based industries, finance is at the heart of global business. Finance professionals are in high demand with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics calling for a 17% annual growth rate in jobs through 2030. A Pompea College of Business finance major learns all aspects of business, beginning with freshman year and the new business and entrepreneurship competition and ending with a capstone project.
Taught by highly successful finance industry professionals and terminally-qualified faculty, finance majors have the opportunity to explore a variety of professions in finance, including financial planning, business valuations, real estate finance, trading, credit analysis and investment management, helping a student choose their career focus.
