Interior Design, B.F.A., Pre-architecture Concentration

Studies in the interior design/pre-architecture concentration follow the same program format as the interior design degree program with the additional preparation of calculus, physics, and green building design and materials. This concentration prepares the student to potentially enter a professional degree program such as architecture at the graduate school level.
The B.F.A. in interior design/pre-architecture concentration requires the completion of 122 total credits, including the completion of 41 credits of University Core Curriculum with the following restrictions:
- C2T1: COMM 1130 - Principles of Communication
- C3T1: MATH 1115 - Pre-calculus
- C4T1: PHYS 1100 - Introductory Physics with Laboratory
- C5T1: UNIV 1141 - Academic Research and Project Management
- C7T1: ARHS 2250 - Modern Art, Modernity, and Modernism
- C8T1: DSGN 2204 - Human-Centered Design
- C9T1: INTD 2209 - History of Architecture and Interior Design I
- C1T2: ARTS 3301 - Writing for Designers
- C3T2: MATH 1117 - Calculus I
