Prerequisites: BIOL 1121 or BIOL 2253 , plus CHEM 1115 and CHEM 1117 . Corequisite: BIOL 3313 - you must enroll in a section of BIOL 3313 before you can enroll in BIOL 3311 An in-depth discussion of nucleic acids, the flow of information from nucleic acids to protein and the control of gene activity. Laboratory emphasizes the techniques of modern molecular biology. Laboratory fee. 4 credits
