PSYC 3305 - Experimental Methods in Psychology Prerequisite: PSYC 1111 or PSYC 1112 . This course will focus on methods of designing and analyzing psychological experiments. The scientific method will be emphasized and we will explore literature reviews, research techniques, experimental and non-experimental variables, design problems, data analysis, and ethical issues. Students will learn how to create a research proposal for a psychological study. This course includes some preliminary training on the use of a computer statistics program (e.g., SPSS). 3 credits
