PUBH 6670 - Public Health Nutrition


This course is at the interface of nutritional science and public health. Topics will focus on areas such as quantity, quality, and safety of the food supply; food additives and labeling; regulatory agencies; research approaches to food, nutrition, and disease; and procedures used in nutritional assessment of individuals.
