BANL 3600 - Operations Strategy

Prerequisite: BANL 2800 *or* prerequisite or co-requisite: QANL 3380. Operations strategy is about understanding the needs of an organization and utilizing resources and managing people to gain a competitive advantage in the market. This course approaches this challenge from product design to goods and services delivery including the management of the supply chain from a strategic perspective. 3 credits.
