GRDE 4403 - Senior Thesis I Research and Writing

Prerequisites: ENGL 1112 or ENGL 1113 or ENGL 1114, GRDE 2213, GRDE 3301. This course is an advanced research and writing design seminar in which students develop an individual project in the topic of their choice. The course combines inquiry, research, creative problem-solving, and design prototyping. Students will develop and clarify their thesis proposals through dialogues, readings, and critiques. Senior Thesis I Research and Writing is writing intensive and also reading and speaking intensive, students will be expected to read, verbalize and share their writing and designs. The course will use research to launch the initial design stages of a comprehensive graphic design thesis project. Laboratory fee. 3 credits.
