MGMT 3345 - AI, Technology, and Responsible Leadership

Prerequisites: MGMT 2210. This course examines how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and analytics, are transforming managerial decision‑making, leadership, and organizational practices. Emphasis is placed on responsible leadership, ethical judgment, workforce implications, and the societal impact of technology adoption. Students analyze how leaders can leverage technology to create organizational value while addressing ethical considerations, accountability, and long‑term sustainability. 3 credits.
