HTMG 3301 - Spa Operations and Management

Prerequisite: HTMG 2201 or Instructor Consent. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the operating procedures in a spa. Students will develop an understanding of principle skills required to manage and operate in the multi-faceted spa industry. Various topics will be discussed, such as spa treatments and packages, revenue generation, standard operating procedures, marketing, customer service, and employee training and compensation.
