The B.A. degree in psychology and political science affords students the opportunity to address individual needs through an interdisciplinary program of study. The flexible nature of this program permits students to integrate courses from two unique disciplines for the achievement of personalized educational goals. Those goals may be directed toward the realization of specific career objectives not met by other programs.

This program will result in a single degree with two declared majors; one diploma is awarded and the transcript shows both majors.  A double major requires a minimum of 120 credits and the program requirements for both majors must be met.  Application to the second major is possible in the sophomore year or later.  The student must maintain a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA to continue and to graduate with both majors, and must achieve a minimum 2.50 GPA in the combined major requirements to graduate with the double major.  A formal application is required and must be submitted to the Registrar's Office.  A double major may not be declared at the time of admission.
